We understand life gets busy and taking the time for yourself can be hard, that’s why we make it easy and bring the treatment to you. In the comfort of your own home you can experience total relaxation, or a unique therapeutic treatment to address your specific concerns. We do offer direct billing to most insurance companies. Doesn’t get much more convenient than that.

This hands-on body treatment address the clients specific concerns, focusing on one or two main areas. Working out trigger points and knots with silicone cups and stretches.
PRENATAL

Mama’s to be have aches and pains too. It’s not only safe but beneficial.Whether you’re 9 weeks or 9 months pregnant, we’ll make you feel comfortable. Choose from either face down on our pregnancy pillows or side lying.
RELAXATION
Price $120/60min
Not a fan of deep focused work but still need a timeout? No problem. A relaxation massage may be just what you need. General relaxation techniques will leave you relaxed and refreshed to tackle your week ahead.
CUPPING THERAPY
Price $120/60min
This can be used in conjunction with other services. Cupping therapy targets your superficial facia and prompts healing. You might look a little bruised, but it’s for your own good.
MANUAL LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE
Price $120/60min
Lymphatic drainage therapy involves gently manipulating specific areas of your body to help move and drain stagnant fluid, boost immune system and aid in digestion.
BRAZILIAN LYMPHATIC MASSAGE

This gentle yet vigorous massage produces immediate therapeutic and visual results by draining the excess fluid and contouring the shape of your body.

PRACTITIONER
Sasha graduated from MH Vicars school of massage therapy Calgary in 2015 with honours. She loved working in a spa atmosphere for over 6 years. But with 4 growing kids running around she needed more flexibility with her schedule and decided to start her mobile services. Now she can balance work and family and would like to help you do the same by coming to your home at your convenience.
